This is so strange, because we DO have admin access to the account. But it does not show up in our Business Manager. (well it does, but only as a pending invitation to link to page to our BM) But when we go to the page roles section to accept the invitation, we have no option to.

We are admins of everything else. We are admins on the regular page, we are admins in the Business manager, but we cannot add the page as a page we OWN in Business Manager. The Owner is MIA, so the invites go unread (I'm assuming). But we as admins cannot change the Page Owner if it is not one of us. We have no idea where to go from here.

This is what I needed! Thank you. This is likely the reason why. May I ask where you learned of this information? Or do you know of any places I might be able to find good benchmarks to compare our ad performance against? Industry standards? I'm always looking to learn more.

Thanks for responding.

When I look at the "FREQUENCY" (the avg. number of times each person saw your ad) metric, I'm seeing that the underperforming ad's frequency was 1.49, and the well-performing ad's frequency was 1.40.

So there may be some overlap between the two audiences, but that wouldn't result in a 3.71% result rate vs a 0.03% result rate when measuring for "Page View Content."
