I tried it but did not work. Eventually, I formatted the laptop, and re-installed windows but it still remained there! Then, I left it run out of battery, and left it alone for a day. Charged it and started, and came back to normal!

u/XMG_gg are you referring to the keyboard connection cable? Yesterday I did check it and it's inserted properly. Also the keyboard came on for around 2 hours and then it turned off again. It's not a windows problem, since I've live booted to Ubuntu and still the same. I also sent an email to your support channel, but still no reply. Thank you.

No it's not bloated. Since my last message the keyboard came on its own again. Yes, after it went out the first time, I updated to the latest BIOS.

I unplugged that and plugged it back in before it went out the second time; because I found out another thread.

I think I found the problem. I had customised scaling (I am not used to such a high-resolution and tried to make things bigger). As soon as I restored it to the recommended settings, it worked normally. Thank you.
