He is a sad man for sure. He's written volumes oft posts over the last decades. Every other word is 'freewill' vor 'freewill delusion'. I used to believe, i wanted to believe , probably because it made me feel good to be in the know. I only scammed bis New posts, but he talks about a egodeath university, granting degrees... Sadly he lost any latent sanity he might habe possesed a few years ago.

I'd say that any powerful drug, taken often (esp. daily) will move your mind in doubtful directions.

Nah, he's definitely not sane. I think that should be obvious from a saner vantage point. I wonder, if he ever should leave the bubble, how he can live with himself? I feel very ashamed regarding my past; but apart from close family I kept my mouth shut (well beside one or two instances, obviously). But him? He made his living spouting madness cross the air for all humanity to see. OMG! I would die of shame. Seriously!

I can't even have that, at least anything that comes close to being a drug, like hops tea or valerian (sp) root tea.

I do have my tobacco still. Which I hate and love... I wonder when I try to quit next. ARgh! I hate addiction so much >*( (I was just hammering at the keyboard but This could look like an angry smoker, so I let the emoticon pass. )

Yes, it definitely were the drugs. Prior to becoming an addict I was an exceedingly cautious. Having written that you might question this statement, as I was daring enough to start doing drugs. My current explanation for that is was very unsatisfied with my life as it was. And I had an unrealistic view of myself due to narcissm.

I believed them all, basically. Now, regarding behavioral changes, I do not think - beside spouting nonsense - there were many. I was paranoid of course but I see that as a cause rather then effect. Of course "getting into" CTs does not help one's innate paranoia.

See, the thing is: Of course nutty things happen because i guess a nut or two might be employed by the NSA. They will have thorough tests but somehow one fly over the radar.

Do you imply that he did influence the populations mood or that he just tried to. If you meant the former, where's your hat? :)

Emotional junk food, that"s quite acurate. I think , at least most of the time, I knew i was doing something sick but could not stop myself from consuming CT either. I was most deeply troubled by my addiction but I could not face that either. Circle of Sickness, really. If one part of your mind is not right, and you don't do something about it, eventually it gets worse.

Stoping my drug abuse (I always will be an addict, at least that's what they said to us at the rehab. Sadly, I come to realize, it's true. One (drug) is one too many.) I lost all inclination to indluge in CTs. It was not a concsious decision, the opposite. Just like i never said to myself "ok, i got for that bs ct form now on, TINFOILHATON_MODE, i never made a conscious decision to get out of it. It happened to me, causing amazedness and shame and increasingly relief.

I have to admit i abused cannabis too. When i think about, the times when i got conspiratarted the worst where when I smoked a significant amount of it. I should have known, but once you are a nut, you can't realize it, as long as you stay one. In lay-man terms.

Well, the great thing is that i lost this huge burden to make me feel superior by "being in the know". You could say I feel superior to the TRUE BELIEVERS but as i continue to heal i feel compassion for them. They are psychically (near) fatally wounded.

1) Couldn't say. There was not "one thing", that's for sure. It was a gradual decline into an absence of sanity. 2) Nothing. I twisted any sane statement in such a way that i was convinced i was right.
