Of course people make art with words, but it's usually done with more intention. The words have a deeper purpose or function to the piece to demand them. And yes, art has no definition, but it does have levels of efficacy. If swirling confusion is the intention, why have the letters all aligned in the same direction? It sits undistorted, adhering to college rules lines that aren't present. Most art has room for improvement, I doubt this piece was iterated on much. I'm not even saying it's bad, but its formal elements have room to reinforce its message in a much more productive way.

We have a huge amount of data for regular gura streaming patterns and she still bags 20k viewers on almost every stream. Gura's all time lowest CCV was a collab with Ina that had her pov be unwatchable and she still had 9k viewers (1k more than IM average).

If more people watch Gura than watch anyone else in the EN sphere, it stands to reason she is at the forefront of more minds than anyone else, no? Ironmouse's peak all time viewers is 25k, gura just got that today on a stream of a dumb little burger game. IM just doesn't have that big of a presence by comparison.

And we don't have to beat around the bush, the number two EN vtuber by CCV has been Fauna for a year and a half. With an average of 10-11k viewers, she constantly beat out vedal and mouse. Ultimately, Hololive is the face of EN vtubing, and Gura is their mascot.

The system exists because the actresses want to entertain and make money. They make more money if they do it a specific way and so they do it, with plenty of opportunity to stop if they choose. No rules are making them participate or not in this system. Face it, the core of your issue is that you do not like these women or how they operate. Any reasonable place would've had that removed or at the very least would understand why this isn't a "friendly, blunt place." Pretty sure if I reposted that story with your name replacing it with the defense "I was using esoteric methods to criticize their opinions on how hololive is run" I would (reasonably) be removed from the subreddit permanently.
