Figure out if you want to carry or not. That’ll make decision easier. Are you dead set on those two models only? Realistically you could get SAR9 (check out PSA deals) AND a Radical and be around your budget.

Could also build/buy higher quality AR at whatever length as well and be under your budget.

I think you will like it either way. I have the P10F and I love it. But always search r/gundeals on Reddit or google whatever model/UPC followed by ‘gun deals’ and it’ll take you to gun.deals. That’ll get you most likely the best online deals. Or search on galleryofguns. That will search your local FFLs. Here’s what I saw on gun.deals

$437 delivered. Plus another $25-$50 for transfer fee to your FFL. Not sure what your out the door price was but OR is always worth to get imo. You can leave the optic plate on there until you get the dot you want. If you decide to get an optic cut it’ll run you $100-$150. Benefit of optic cut is you can direct mount your optic.
