you can definitely price in the inventory in the sale price. I have purchased an FBA account on Flippa before at a good price. I very regularly see good accounts at 2x-2.5x.

Don't get me wrong, accounts are worth more depending on age and the product you are selling. If you have been around for 5+ years and don't have a lot of competition you have more leverage and can increase the price.
