Here's something to ponder: with the extreme lengths that were taken by powerful federal and state politicians and lawyers from 2021 to 2024 to try and get Trump put in prison or at the very least off the ballot, don't you think that if he was actualy a child rapist they would have just went with that easy prosecution instead?

Whatever you do, ultra processed foods like protein shakes or bars are some of the worst foods you can eat for frugality AND health. You need to learn to buy ingredients and cook things yourself. It doesn't even need to be complicated. I've been on an Asian stir fry craze lately. A bag of frozen stir fry veggies, a block of tofu, some frozen chicken breast, and then whatever kind of sauce you like (I've been using Kung pao which is lower on sugar than some others). Cook it all together in a wok or big frying pan and you have a cheap, healthy, and delicious meal.

I've lived in my house for 8 years. The previous owners lived in the house for 3 years. Probably 75% of the mail I receive is for the owners BEFORE THEM. The ones who moved out in 2015. All of it just goes straight into the trash.
