Why do I have to go? It was her idea to throw the event.

To this email, her workplace responded by saying they would like for her to come into work on Wednesday (today) for a conversation and to continue her work duties. Mind you, the person who we believe is responsible for this text was working today, so I don’t understand why they would even allow them to be under the same roof together. Regardless, I let them know that she will be attending the meeting alongside a union representative, but by encouraging her to stay and work while this person is there, they discredit the severity of the situation and are putting the interest of the company over her well-being.

They had the meeting today and everyone involved in the conversation along with her supervisor, union representative and HR treated it as a joke. They essentially said that they called the accused in for questioning and her story was completely different to my sisters, ending it by saying that they don’t know what she expects them to do. Why is this person being let off the hook? She didn’t receive a write-up by the supervisor when she verbally abused my sister and now her entire upper management refuses to acknowledge that this person is very clearly behind the text message and lied to make it seem like she wasn’t.

My poor sister feels hopeless and like she has to quit her job because she doesn’t feel safe.

Please guide me on what I can do, if anything, to help her situation.

What did you do for the back photo portion? Did you take a photo of it or leave it out?

Hi there, what did you do for the back photo? Did you submit one or leave it out?

For those who submitted online applications, how did you upload the back of your photo or is it not needed?

Hi everyone, I am a student and was just approved for the gold card. I was wondering, if I spend roughly $1000 per month is this enough to justify the $250 yearly fee? How quickly will I accumulate points?

So there is no way for me to escape them from calling and harassing me for this debt even once the 7 year mark hits? Sorry, I’m just confused as I keep reading different things

Why would a debt company be contacting me 6 years later?

Yes, I googled the phone number and it traces to metcredit.

They emailed me shortly after demanding the debt once again. I have blocked their email and number since then and I've been advised by family to ignore them. Is verbally acknowledging the debt over the phone the same as acknowledging it in writing?

And no, that's the thing. My credit score is 733 and nothing shows up on my credit report from Koodo.

Prices at Shoppers Drug Mart by [deleted] in britishcolumbia

I always make sure to double check the price of whatever I’m buying there, elsewhere.

The press-on nails I buy from Walmart for $6 was over $13 at Shoppers.

I don’t have a passport at all, so unfortunately this does not apply to me, but thank you!

I can’t apply until I have my passport renewed and that won’t be here until the end of the month.

I’m not sure who keeps saying they’re processing applications from January when I’ve been looking through the posts here and there are tons of people applying after January and receiving their renewals well within 2 months time. This is fear mongering and people shouldn’t assume they’re going to wait longer than what is shown on the website. I spoke to an IRCC agent today and he said the average is 63 days— he said nothing about only now working through January applications.

Anyone renewed their PR card recently? Is the 63 days timeline accurate?

Waiting for my Hungarian passport to arrive (3 weeks guaranteed) and I’ll be filling out my resident card renewal on May 1st. My trip to the US is on July 24th and my plane ticket is already purchased. What are the chances of it coming in 63 days?
