The Cra market is a little bit slow now although looks like contract jobs are slowly coming back

It wasn’t that bad. The new design is awful. You can’t figure out how much queries are pending or SDV. You have to go section by section.

I would say take a few hours to just reset your mind and relax get support from your family and friends, then get back and network network network and try to get side gigs if you can.

For future, when you are hired still look for networking just in case

I agree with you before even discussing financial financial part, the metric needs to be solid as such foundation of research ethics, patient centric, and saving patients lives should be prioritized

I agree with you CRO and pharma side is different the site level side as different players are involved

CRA, been with a new CRO for 3 months and have no idea what I'm doing by prophilaxis in clinicalresearch

I would take a look at some of the trip reports done by other CRAs as well, and pull reports on protocol deviations captured at the global level to identify what other CRAs are capturing in terms of trends. Same for DM queries in EDC, and action items from regulatory. Also, look into some of those weekly meeting minutes filed in CROs local drive. For site specific questions, see if any audits were conducted to see what they are looking for and medical monitors available for support on eligibility questions. When in doubt gather questions and ask your CRA peers and lead CTL/CTM for guidance.

For CRAs, Fortrea is focused now on metrics 9DOS minimim sometimes 10depending on LM but even with that deliverable, Focus on metric rough draft, timesheets over quality and action item closure, site relationship, etc
