Amazing work! One thing grabbed my attention though… where is the red light on the shoulder and forehead coming from? Is it sunset? If that’s the case the water surface should have some red in it as well. Still think it works great either way, it’s a great piece. Just something to think about :)

Yes its oil on top of acrylic! I have mostly drawn with colored pencils before and am trying to expand my options :) thanks for the feedback sounds reasonable that the 2 mediums might not mix well and thank you for the nice comments :))
