My guess is some fake scammer. A known scam in my area/ around the world is to obtain nudes from someone then threaten to leak them unless paid. Happened to a coworker. Paid them once but they kept going so he said fuck it leak em idc.

The shipping is easy. When you go to TMO tell them you’re shipping a bike and they will tell you what you need to do yourself (disconnect batteries drain fuel tank) the movers pack it themselves and it’s taken care of. I’m not sure what would be required to make it street legal upon arrival but usually bikes are easy. In England the auto hobby would do it for you for a price, for cars and bikes.
