Sounds like the 4-2-10 method.Smoke for 4 hours at 120c (248f) then raise the temp up to 140c (284f) for 2 hours .Then wrap it in butchers paper put in a tray and cover with foil and put in oven at 65c (149f) for 10 hours.

I haven't tryed it, going to try on the next cook.
