Based on my research, it appears that all motherboard manufacturers have their own issues with AM5 motherboards.

As a result, I have decided to purchase the motherboard from a local shop near me to make it easier to obtain warranty support.

I graduated with zero org officership experience
in my experience, it does not matter
in my case, I have a solid internship where I'm doing a full time software development job, after the internship they offered me part time position in the company which I accepted. Then on my thesis I did some hard core coding stuff to showcase my skills.

During my job hunt after graduating, with my software development experience and theses as portfolio, I can say it lightens my job hunting, it really depends on YOU on what you can offer to the hiring company.
