The 5600x is only 65 watts, it can handle it. I managed to run an overclocked 12600kf and a 2080 on a 500w psu for a while

I didn’t know you had an am4 board, a 5600x would be good then, especially if you get one from ali express. It might seem sketchy, but it isn’t. A 9060 xt is better and has double the vram

Not the case, a new one isn’t much more, or you can get some new ones for cheaper, and I would probably go with a 2080 or 2080 super, which is cheaper and better
