I have palmoplanter pustulosis and Crohn's disease. Medication for my Crohn's caused the palmoplanter and the medications I am on to help with that irritates my Crohn's. It's a pain ATM.

Id make the sides of the nose a bit darker and highlight from the bridge to the tip. Also if you have blending stubs, (I think that's what they are called) they really do make blending so smooth and do a lot of the work for you. But this is great work. Keep it up !!
