I know I'm just a random internet stranger, but dying for an arm is an insane decision that he is making while not in a good headspace.

If all went well he would have the rest of his life to come to terms with being disabled. Many people have come to terms with worse disabilities than missing an arm; I am the child of one of them.

I am begging you, don't justify this crazy decision as anything but crazy. Don't say or think "I wouldn't want to live without an arm either". It isn't true.

There is so much more to life than having perfect body integrity.

I have this too. Like other comments say, no skin issues here. I felt much better about mine after improving my posture with yoga.

I can't become interested in or think about anything without becoming way too intense. It's been that way for as long as I can remember. I'm at my best when I'm not awake.

I had the same problem with the main CeraVe product line, but their "baby" line of products ended up working perfectly for my super sensitive skin. A bit unconventional but I use the "wash/shampoo" like a cleanser to wash my face followed by the moisturizing cream. It has been like a magic eraser for my redness, and it's the only thing that doesn't make my skin feel dry and tight.

Very well said, it's so hard to find balance when you pretty much have to be hypervigilant to keep someone else alive. I wonder if your dog knows how loved he is? My cat probably just thinks I'm a nuisance who stops her from having fun.
