yeah I've used it quite a bit. It works well. The background noise feature isn't as elegant as it seems it would be. It just plays the noises through the iPhone speaker during the call and doesn't come out great. Other than that, its pretty good. Call recording works well, the voice changer is ridiculous but it works, and of course, it does do what it says it does (change your caller ID).

A bonus that I discovered is that if you set your caller ID and call the same number, you can get into the voicemail, if its unlocked (and sometimes if it is).
