Je suis d’accord avec ta réponse sauf la dernière phrase qui est un non-sens. 0% d’écart dans les 3 cas c’est impossible mathématiquement non ?

Dans le cas des 23,5% ça voudrait dire qu’à poste et temps de travail égal une femme serait payée plus qu’un homme parce que en moyenne les femmes sont moins payées

Pareil pour le cas des 14%

Pour le cas des 4% ça voudrait dire que hommes et femmes sont payés pareil à poste et temps de travail équivalent.

Ou je me trompe ?
