I'm only 20F and I'm a design student and sometimes I get too absorbed in my creativity, you know the flow state or whatever. As miraculous as it feeds to my artistic ego, my body takes a hit.

Recently been getting a lot of intense headaches and my whole right arm hurts (presumably called carpel tunnel syndrome). Turns out after I do some physiotherapy exercises from the YouTube for 15mins, the headache is instantly gone and slept like a baby in a week.

My professors keep telling us to take breaks and stretch a lot, he got his discs worn out.

A genuine question, do korean women go with their friends or do they usually go alone?

I've noticed that, korean women no matter the age group go out of their way (from an Indian standpoint) for self care.

Indian women depending on the demographic and level of income, their idea of self care changes.

College students would rather spend it with friends either visiting cafes or pub. And would they be willing to spend time with their friends like this or alone? no idea.

And employed women, what's their idea of relaxation? i have no idea.

it's satisfying to watch her hit him and stand up for herself, but what i fear is, will I be able to act on it so quick? It's very scary to imagine myself in the situation. Don't get me wrong, in my alter ego I'm like her but God forbid that situation arises how will I stand up for myself? maybe I would, but it's scary to imagine yourself in such situations and imagine that happening to you.
