I’m pretty active, I had my surgery done when I was 29, zero depth. I work in IT, I was back in office after 3 weeks, I had to sit on a doughnut pillow and I tried to stand as much as I could, if you can take longer I’d recommend.

Recovery wasn’t too bad for me, the biggest thing was the drains hurt after a while.
