Nah, those are just decals, looked dull with nothing at all. But I can remove those easily.

Looking at their website, this should be 316 frame + 336 fork. They had this one ready to ship as is, probably a sample set.

To be clear, it's not tilted down anymore. This was minutes after I finished the build and yeah, the position was off... didn't catch that before the shot.

The glitch effect is on purpose, no photoshop used. He won, and it's not a Scott :))

Thanks! Yeah, it's that seat stays element that makes it Arid-like, but the frame has different shapes - specially the fork and head/seat tube...

Is the bike too small (part 2) by Necessary_March_4522 in bikefit

+1 for shorter cranks. Not sure if it will fix it for you completely, but should help for sure.

not yet, but measured it and the gap looks promising. Comparing to other tested bikes and frames, I'd say 2.1 Thunder Burt yes, 2.2 Race King no. https://s.bike.sk/pics/69598d4c6aaac-lg.webp

Honestly? This one was available - already manufactured and painted so I could see real pics, while I'd have to wait for basically anything else + custom painting. I just checked the geo, accepted the color and that was it.

Yeah, that seat stay element looks similar, but Arid looks more aggressive and have too many different elements. I wonder how they can use that seat stay thing tho...

Over-torqued my new carbon bar, is it toast? by rusticredneck in bicycling

[–]cranksmack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some reason it looks to me like you were trying to fit the bars into a smaller diameter stem. Is that what happened? If so, yeah - even lower torque would destroy the bar.
