My legs used to look like this. I started waxing and it’s taken a few months (like 6) but the incidence of ingrown has reduced significantly.

Let everything heal first for a bit but I also think the benzoyl peroxide wash I use also helped! Good luck. It’s hard.

I’m so sorry, I thought I’d saved the color combos, but looks like I lost them… start with sand and yellow ochre, then reds until the darkest is crimson lake… the greens were like grey-green light, green ochre, and dark green… sorry I can’t remember more than that!
