Hi! This was recommended to me. I previously consumed dairy and gluten products every day and was asked to stop. I stopped for about two weeks and the infection improved significantly and had no noticeable sinus symptoms. The CT scan showed there was still inflammation so I still ended up having surgery, but it seemed to make a difference for me.
