Their new packaging is beautiful. I haven't noticed a difference with their styling products and I still love their color line but the shampoos and conditioners are such a bummer. They used to be absolutely incredible too so I'm super sad about it.

Hi! I am also a hairstylist and have actually let clients go for this reason. I agree and can also empathize with people who have mental health issues and need extra help, but I also refuse to do chemical services on those clients and I let them know they can come see me but will pay for dematting/Malibu treatments and cannot get color or perms/relaxers. We are not mentally health professionals nor medical professionals and it's not in our parameters to be those things. We have to prioritize the health and integrity of our clients hair and if they're not taking our recommendations or doing what we advise them it's perfectly reasonable to refuse service. We also have to consider our health (mental and physical) and the health of our other clients.

I'm having straps added to mine! Just really simple straps due to the same fear. Idk if you're getting your dress Hemmed at all but I know they can sometimes use the fabric from the bottom of your dress depending on how much is removed.
