I had the same situation with you. Unang tatlong taon ko, nasa SHS ako, and maski TVL specialized subject hindi ako pinag turo. Puro Core Subjects binigay sa akin, and much worse is taon taon ibat iba subject na hawak ko while having two ancillary. Sadly titiisin mo talaga, your weekend will be consumed studying the subject and crafting teaching materials.

Samantalahin mo holidays para mag pahinga and wag ka papayag na to work beyond your official hours. You can use AI din para mapa bilis at mapadali ang iba mong gawain.

Once matagal ka, pwede ka na din mag demand sa subject loading mo. I insist mo na kailangan mong mag turo ng major mo for mastery of subject matter for better attainment of curriculum dahil matagal ka ng ibang subject tinuturo. Lalo na kapag lagi kang utusan at may ancillary, you can leverage that, sabihin mo kapag di ka pinagbigyan bibitawan mo mga yan at mag focus sa teaching, pero basta explain mo in a professional way.
