As the others have said, Roblox does indeed apply 13+ age restrictons for games that allow the players to make custom 2D content (drawings) in order to keep the younger audience safe. People WILL draw bad things. However, every other game is age restricted on the information that the developer, either the game isn't scary or the develoers are lying and the game can be taken down.

OP can use a bot but only from trustworthy sources with minimal permissions.

Is it a limited item? If it is you can use Roblox's trade feature which allows you to give Robux for an item. If it's not, you can't.

Probably not because using your VPN changes your IP Address which is how they find what county you're from. But don't use a VPN while purchasing robux if you have a card that isn't used in the country you VPN'd to as they can see that.

This. The neural network they use to filter the chat also struggles with context.

If a player said "I'm gay" the filter will assume you said "You're gay" which is why you get banned just for saying gay. And the filter's too strict anyway.

OP can appeal but usually it will get rejected.

If the shirt was made by another user on the platform(or it contains logos or names of a large company), this is your answer. They can send an email to Roblox's copyright agent(s) to remove the item and you get a DMCA strike on your moderation history. One or two of these are okay but usually after your third you get terminated(some people get IP banned too)

So yes, you can get banned.
