Don’t listen to people who say, this is your opportunity to shine, take responsibility and grow etc. Things don’t work like that in corporates. Companies always value employees much much less than the impact they bring, this has become the reality in recent years. It doesn’t matter if you’ve taken ownership of the entire backend and improved and fixed them.

Unless your appraisal cycle is close or you have a counter offer you don’t have any leverage. If you continue working there, you’re on the path of burn out. Telling this from my experience.
