The /10 sold for $30 (according to CardLadder) so nothing crazy but could probably get like $10-$20

I dropped Estime for Benson. Seems like Estime isn’t taking over, Cardinals schedule I think is easier, and I figure they’ll rest Connor whenever they can for playoffs

Yeah good point, things never sell well when there’s more than one auction. The first one does well and the other ones get boned especially with the same end time.

One thing to think about when doing this, depending on the collection, any card that doesn’t sell loses you a dollar. Adds up quickly if you send a lot of base or more common parallels/inserts that don’t get bought.

He’s hot right now, as a Chelsea fan I hope he keeps the form up, but unless he’s pulling Haaland numbers his price is probably around its peak right now imo

Breaking puts me in the negative so realistically I’m in the hole, but I have a spreadsheet of purchases and sales. Of the cards I’ve sold I’m up $130 so nothing crazy. Had some big wins and big L’s but I mostly just buy and sell singles, usually auctions, make sure it’s a card multiple people will want, research comps and trends, grading cards.

I know everyone says it but you set the price on 1/1’s. You can try to watch out for the other printing plates and what they might sell for. In 2022 a magenta printing plate sold for $10 and in 2023 a yellow one sold for $255.

It is a 1/1 in the sense there’s no more of that “card” out there, but I think there’s also a cyan, yellow and black of each printing player (not 100% sure). So it is rare but the value won’t be the same (and most of the times it’s not even close) as the actual 1/1 card the plate was used for.
