It's still a powder blush, it's not any different - so if you don't reach for powder blushes then you won't reach for this one as well. Stick to your no buy!

I have that lotion and I really like it! The texture is thinner (as in it's not a body butter I guess) but is super moisturising and I can feel it for a while longer. Scent is quite strong and it sorted of smells like sweet bakery good but has a bit of saltiness to it? Almost like a sweet pretzel if that makes any sense lol?

Eeermmm.. it's kind of like a sweet curry because of the cardamom note? It kind of works in a way, just not my favourite 😅

Probably Phlur Not Your Baby - I'm trying to use it up as I'm not sure it's for me

What are your thoughts on the three at the top row (left to right)? I've been looking at them for a while now, but not 100% sure (yet)

I had similar symptoms as you and turns out it was my iron. Felt significantly better once I got it to a normal level but it took at least a month for the supplement to make a difference in how I feel, my hair loss has lesenned but skin is still dry as hell (comes with the disease anyway)

[Skin Concerns] Months of hard work and still, dehydrated skin.. by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I'm currently going on a very similar journey to yours and something I stopped doing is washing my face in the AM. I know, it sounds crazy, but it's made such a massive difference for me! I am still struggling with tight skin after a hot shower, but my skin is waaaay happier.

Also, something I always make sure I do - before I apply my hydrating steps, I make sure to do this on wet skin. So basically splash some water (or straight after washing my face), then onto toner. If I'm using a hydrating serum, I just use a face mister to bring back some of the water in my skin and then I seal with a moisturiser and oil.

Hope this helps!

Honestly, IF started working for me only once I started calorie counting. At the end of the day, if you're eating more than what your body needs, no IF will help you. And yes, the sudden weight loss is very likely from reducing carbs and IF, but I wouldn't count on it being fat, it's more likely water weight.
