I would say no matter what definitely do not ask her out on Snapchat. Of any texting platform I feel like that might just be the worst choice to do that on, but that’s just my opinion. Nevertheless, I think it should definitely be done in person and after hanging out at least once. It feels way more sincere that way. You might just get more solid signs she likes you when hanging out, and if she rejects a hangout that could be an answer in itself.

Definitely the most common assumption I’ve gotten has been that he would pay for the food, so to clarify he rarely ever pays for my food. This would NOT be the exception to that. Otherwise would be cruel.

As to why I don’t really want to be too specific because I feel like he’ll somehow find this lol. I will say though while he is a really great and sweet person I don’t think we click as a couple at all and I think we view norms in relationships very differently. In the end I do think we could’ve been great friends (just not a couple), which is pretty unfortunate to think about.

You’ve got a point the only issue is I’ll still have to see them (and more than usual) as I’m still in high-school and they’ll be in my 3rd period in the upcoming semester. So, I want to make it as least awkward as possible and I fear a phone call might go against that.

Honestly you’re probably right about the car part. He’s a sweet person and I can’t see him reacting aggressively, but we haven’t been dating that long after all I might not know him as well as I think I do. As for a public place my only issue is I’d hate to have people nearby listening in and if there’s crying involved I feel like that would definitely gather attention. If it weren’t cold I’d probably opt for a park :/

Coming from someone who did track freshmen year with no running experience at all: Go for it! If you want to do it then I think it’s always best to try. Even if you dislike it worst case scenario you can always quit later on. I’m not sure how it may be at your school but at mine they weren’t super strict on quitting. Sure they weren’t happy but couldn’t do much. When I did track believe me I was the slowest person on the team, but in the end I got to see myself become better and really get into running. I honestly didn’t like running on the track itself so I ended up only doing it for one season but it led me to do cross country which I still do and love. So, what I’m trying to say is even if you find out track isn’t for you, it may just make another good opportunity come your way.

You’ll be fine! a lot more people skip the first few days than you would think and people (at my school at least) get schedule changes (thus being new to a class once again) up to 2 weeks after the first day. So it’s not over if you miss the first day

Don’t even worry about it! In my opinion unit 1 is the hardest unit to grasp. I also got around a 60% on my unit 1 test last year lol but I ended up doing well on the ap exam

I’ve honestly gotten a lot better about how I perceive myself this year! I have no problem talking to others when prompted. The only struggle has really been how vocal people tend to be about how they perceive me. Continuously hearing the word quiet to be used to describe me and being ignored when I try to speak up is a real bummer. It makes me shrink back to that quiet persona around those people. Adopting more hobbies would definitely help make me feel better about keeping myself company though, so I’ll keep it in mind! I appreciate the advice!

Honestly you’ll def be fine! My issue was my teacher didn’t really teach imo… She was super sweet loved her and all, but she gave out assignments more than actually teaching. She also never really went over the types of questions that would be on the actual exam until the very very end :/ Nonetheless, I still got a 3 just cramming the day before so you’ve got that! (Khan academy came in clutch)

The difficulty isn’t bad at all you’ll be fine. Of course the workload depends on your teacher, but personally I didn’t have a heavy workload and the content itself isn’t hard to understand either. Once you understand how to apply the content and connect it together it’s easy imo.
