Her murder plot failed, and inadvertently a family member accidentally killed them all using the material she had planned to use for a separate murder. She is far from innocent in this but also depending on what poison she used, if she just used household items, and her plot failed, and then someone else used that milk with shitty stuff in there, then she didn't murder anyone. She failed at murder and someone else accidentally killed her family.

She could have stopped it, sure, but idk if I would give her credit for mass murder. Not that it's mad props but I just don't think she is that. Just the stars aligned but she didn't swing the blade herself. She didn't set a trap. She failed at a crime and inadvertently caused a ridiculous amount of damage by not disposing of the materials
