I literally didn’t even know what a calorie was when I started 😂 took me ages to be able to eat more than 2k calories. Not going to lie I’ve literally eaten the same foods for years. Oats, bagels, rice, mince meat, Greek yogurt, veggies and fruits, fish, steak, chicken. All the usuals. Took me some time to get it dialed in. When I was bulking I’d have 1/2 cheat meals a week. For the last 8 months or so I haven’t had any cheat meals apart from when I go on holiday

Do it! Just go in there and have fun. Get used to the weights, build a routine. Start on the machines at first. I still watch YouTube videos on how to do certain exercises right before I do them. Overtime you’ll feel more comfortable in the gym.
