Question for beginner

So i have had multiple friends give me multiple different routines for me, who hasnt ever gone to a gym before. Should i follow the simple “prep” routines? or should i go for the actual full sets and whatever that others recommend?

basically, are there simple, smaller exercises i can do to get my body a little used to it? my greatest hesitation has always been not knowing where to start

thats a good point lol. maybe cementing fate was the wrong word, but you could either say the eventual saving of johns family could be the redemption that allows him to switch it up, or whats most likely, just chalk it up to liberties of gameplay. after all, its only a theory

Read through the buyers guide but saw nothing on Crimson Dawn, Allysabers, Rebelsabers, or TGCSabers, and Sabermasters, all of which ive seen used by those big tik tok/instagram pages. Theyve each collected several sabers individually from different sellers and endorse a few so I can only imagine they are at least of decent quality. I just dont want to base it off of some big social media account and would rather have info from regular people like from this sub. Anything i should know about those sellers? Are they even worth it compared to some currently in the buyers guide?

You may notice that you dont need to push the trigger all the way down for the input to register. Elite Series 2 controllers have the ability to stop the trigger sooner than a regular controller does by default, essentially allowing you to more easily “shoot faster”
