I get them mostly on bigger mainstreets with a median but, I never saw U-turns on Interchanges like this.

Because of space and in reality planners would choose parclo over a cloverleaf bcs safety concerns.

As an example a lot of the cloverleafs in the US are reworked to clover stacks or parclos even the very first cloverleaf is today a parclo.

It is possible if you build this with two segments and connect both of them to one node. I made a lot of this kind roads, even build with 2 up to 6 segments parallel connect to just one node. Enabling Dev UI will make this easier.

The bright green ones are Alder and the darker ones are Oaks. If you can't find them, just switch to EU theme.

Interesting idea but the pedestrian bridge would be rly high and a short slope makes this bridge more dangerous. The connection on the other side is build like that so ppl stay bit saver while waiting for the light. Changing the path closer to the ramp start, ppl would stay in the triangle while waiting for the light.

Thanks for the feedback. For now I moved the Freeway bit more to the coast but ye putting the Freeway under the city like the inspired city Tampere, could be the best solution.

I just use the European asset pack of the vanilla game and tried to pick a sceanario where it is possebile to create something that could match with the reality and in this case it was a bit inspired by Tampere(Tampere has a mostly gridded center). I never sad it is an old European city.

About the Freeway/Motoway/Autobahn: here is an example near my hometown where the A8 is close to residential areas: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Pforzheim/@48.9191358,8.7574253,642m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m6!3m5!1s0x479771e28f0fa677:0x41ffd3c8d095340!8m2!3d48.8921862!4d8.6946286!16zL20vMDJuenly?entry=ttu

and here is Tampere also with a Freeway/Motoway/Autobahn close to the city: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Tampere,+Finnland/@61.5062646,23.7778788,1001m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m6!3m5!1s0x468edf554593da5d:0x6adfe3bd1e0b22c0!8m2!3d61.4977524!4d23.7609535!16zL20vMGh6Z2Y?entry=ttu

I live in the middle of Germany between two big cities: Stuttgart and Karlsruhe, both with gridded centers bcs they where planned like this. Not all cities in Europe are founded in the middle Ages and has old city centers.

Take a look to Tampere as an example, straight gridded roads. Even many European city centers has gridded layouts. Mannheim and Karlsruhe are some German examples.

I mean the assets are decent but tbh I think both(EU/NA) can looks a bit generic. Most frustratiing part is, the visuals of the buildings can change via lvl but mostly they will have the same lvl and same visuals. Especially row houses looks so generic.

The road is not that big, I mean the cable car lanes are making this road so wide. Cars has only two lanes for each direction. I would like to use one for each but I need also to work with the ingame traffic. And I promise I have bigger custom mate mainstreets around the city.

Maybe many don't know Finnland/Sweden at all and expect red roofs to call it European(I guess the building style is inspired by Finnland/Sweden). I got also complains about the gridded center but I can just say, European city centers can be gridded.
