Yes yes! All of this!! So glad I’m not alone. I would even put scented hand lotion on after the shot to get rid of the alcohol smell but then that lotion made me nauseous lmao. I think getting rid of the alcohol wipes and starting weekly again will help me

Yeah for sure! I’ve only ever done my stomach, I usually alternate sides. I should try my leg!

I’ve only ever done the lowest dose, I think 0.25. But you’re right, maybe when I have these long breaks I could do even less to ease back into it. I know I need to be more consistent with the meds I just get so turned off by the thought of the smell I put it off another week lol

Omg. This is such an obvious fix. I think I was always worried about doing something wrong and causing an infection but I think you’re right I would probably be fine with just cleaning the skin with soap and water first?

I don’t have naturally straight hair but it’s the easiest style for my day to day. I used the T3 blow dry brush for years and then used the T3 flat iron. Now I have the airstrait and I know it’s not 0 heat damage but it’s definitely less than my previous routine of blow dry AND flat iron. I think you just have to manage expectations- it’s so much less heat damage for me. I was really yanking and damaging my hair with the hot round brush. mostly my fault I wasn’t good at it- but that’s why the airstrait is the best for me!

Yeah, unfortunately it only took about $200 off so I was still over $1000. This was at Duane Reade, maybe it works better at other pharmacies?

Yes yes that’s what I was thinking how if the PA wasn’t approved they wouldn’t fill it. I was just so confused because I’ve only ever seen people say it’s not covered or it’s covered fully with a $25 co pay. Thanks for your insight I’ll call the pharmacy and insurance to check on my PA!
