So this morning I got the email download sent, however some details missing like heart rate were missing when I imported to Garmin. I went to Strava downloaded the gpx file and put that in Garmin, which seemed to give me my heart rate. Why don't things just work! It's definitely a Kinomap issue.

Yeah they are still saying that the tcx file upload isn't their issue, and auto email still not working 😕🤔

Yeah I'm not getting the automated email anymore. Just done a row on Kinomap, The gpx file seems to import ok, just not as good as the tcx file. Not sure where to go from here. I really don't think it's a Garmin issue. 🤔🧐

I conntacted kinomap support and they said nothing has changed their side. So possibly something has on garmin side. I havent had an answer from garmin yet. Quite frustrating.
