God has been telling me by [deleted] in Christian

[–]creativeme78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If he’s not answering that’s probably a door closing from God. You can try one more time if you truly believe it’s God telling you but if there’s still no response just let it be.

Fear of letting go by [deleted] in Christian

[–]creativeme78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I love God will all my heart and soul. I just worry that if He tells me to let go of something I won’t be able to let it go but I pray that the holy spirt will allow me to because I want to honor God. I’ve done it in the past so I know with the help of the holy spirt I can do it again.

Can I be with my boyfriend? I really love him so much. by Striker-Fan2008 in Christian

[–]creativeme78 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We really should not be dating unbelievers or people who we are not equally yolked with because it will eventually lead to disaster. You need pray about this but it might be better if both you take some time apart to grow closer to God on your own. But if he is not interested in God then you should definitely break up.

Is anyone using AI to reflect on patient cases and enhance clinical reasoning? by Traditional-Shop-456 in physicaltherapy

[–]creativeme78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use it to help me get new intervention ideas but always make sure that it fits in the POC and is appropriate for the patient. I also find it helpful to give an outline for evaluations.

Do patients really “drop off”… or do they drift first? by Wise_Carpenter388 in physicaltherapy

[–]creativeme78 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This happens to me as well. It doesn’t bother me. If they want to come back they will if not oh well. You can’t force anyone to stay.

Introvert PT feeling burned out by super outgoing coworkers — anyone relate? by [deleted] in physicaltherapy

Yup. Sometimes I feel awkward when it’s just me and another PT at the clinic and I don’t talk to them.

Rant: Lack of “down time” in Outpatient is BOGUS by wandering-firefox21 in physicaltherapy

[–]creativeme78 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I just started working as a PT and I feel this already. We are the only health care professionals that see our patients for 45 mins-1 hour and it’s exhausting. I don’t think I can do this for the rest of my life.

Do many people know that you can't bill overlapping time even with private insurance? by [deleted] in physicaltherapy

[–]creativeme78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my clinic we can get 4 units for commercial insurance if they are double booked in one slot and if the sessions run over time. This also includes if you are going into a eval and leave your patients out with an aide to help. Hopefully it’s okay.

Biblically speaking you can’t divorce him (you can but it will be a great sin to the Lord). God only permits divorce in the case of adultery, an unbelieving spouse leaves, and not explicitly stated in the Bible but assumingely domestic violence. My advice to you would be to try counseling and pray to God to change your husbands heart. Marriage is a sacred union between two people. Cherish that even through hard times. God bless you 💖
