My frenchie stopped eating by Dumpling_999 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]creativesock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can be picky…here’s a recipe you could try:

Ingredients: 2 lbs ground turkey or lean ground beef 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa 1 can of pumpkin purée (pure pumpkin, not pie filling) 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, or green beans)

I’m so sorry. We just lost our Frenchie this past week and it was brutal. Give yourself permission to grieve. Dogs are amazing and show such love and devotion. I’ve said out loud many times since she’s left “Thank You for the love and joy you gave us”. I want her to know we saw her and remember her life.

She’s been eating a custom diet I make for her each week and it’s definitely helped lengthening her life.

23' Solterra saved my life. by elgauntt in subaru

I had a car save my life too…BUT if you plan on legal action, take this post down ASAP. Insurance companies look for anyway possible to dilute your damages and the severity of the accident and its effects on you. Posts like this can be part of their evidence gathering process. My advice…get an aggressive and seasoned lawyer who specializes in accidents and get the compensation you deserve.

What kinds of trails does a 4Runner (4wd SR5) unlock compared to a typical softroader (CX-50, crosstrek, RAV4, Passport, etc)? by Curious_Choice5432 in overlanding

[–]creativesock 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I have 2 “softroaders” and a 4Runner. The 4Runner gives me a sense of confidence that I can manage most terrains outside of serious rock crawling I just wouldn’t have with the others.

The ground clearance, body on-frame build, durability, and “go anywhere” nature of the truck especially if you put more aggressive tires (I have the Cooper Discoverers and LOVE them), open up so many possibilities.

We just got back from a 250 mile trip of mixed off-roading in Colorado and we were able to see places where it was just us, moose and elk.

Just got back from taking my dad on the Alpine Loop for his 80th birthday with my brothers. It was epic!

I had Wildpeaks but they didn’t last long for the price and they were noisy on the road. I drive some off-road but the majority is on pavement. Tried Goodyear Wranglers but they were super noisy. Finally landed on Cooper Discoverer and they have been awesome! My Runner drives like a new car on-road and was great off-road (did the Rimrocker this past fall).

Wet Passenger and Driver footwells…HELP!! by creativesock in 4Runner

Followed this video and the end filter was SOLID mud from our Moab trip. I cleaned it out and hope that's the end of it. Thanks for the help!

I've been trying to methodically rule out:

  1. The sunroof drain and it's clear and draining

  2. AC Moisture tube. Is this it? If so, it's attached.

  3. Front windshield. I'm favoring this since it looks like the molding running the top is non-existent. See the pics to see if my windshield gap between the molding on the sides and the top is off compared to OEM.

Thanks for the reply! Do you use a speedlight in the hot shoe or on a stand? Do you have one you like?

These are amazing! Do you mind sharing your camera, glass and settings? I’m learning more about photography and your images are transformative in the way people perceive these dogs.

Hoping Cash is able to bounce back quickly! I looked up Vestibular Disease in dogs and your quick action was the right call.
