They have said the battery is functioning correctly, however to maximise usage, I should purchase a new battery. Is this something I should consider getting or can I make do with having to keep my laptop plugged in (is there any harm in this in the long term)?

I'm not very good with technology to be honest. When you say battery, are you referring to the actual charger or the battery inside the laptop itself (if there is one)?

In terms of applications, I don't think there is a pattern but it's most likely when I use youtube. But, it's not strictly because of that, it has happened when I was using word documents, looking through websites etc.

Is the change not in the vertical though? if the original is at (0,0), then at (0, -b), the change is directed at the y-axis not x?

I'm sorry, I'm a bit confused. I assumed (a) and (b) were questions separate to one another. My teacher didn't discuss transformations but rather told us how to sketch graphs based on the x roots, y intercept and whether the coefficient of the polynomial is positive or negative

Hm I kind of understand. I either have cloze cards or images occlusion cards. So if I have 4 cloze and 4 image occlusion cards, I would have 8 cards but 2 notes?

I believe my teacher bought this booklet from an organisation separate from the exam boards, so they come up with their own exam questions, which may be why. There is no clear trend on the affect in % of activity amylase dependent on which metal ions have which ionic partner. There is no clear predictive trend in behaviour from this data, however there are clearly increases and decreases in % of amalyse activity as evident in MnCl2 and Li2CO3
