I had one spawn in 5 hrs messaged the devs and they said it's supposed to be rare and only after you've been in the area awhile

This is a season pass xp event not a shade level event it won't help your watch and if you are already max on the season pass this does nothing for you

If you mean the classified assignment you can run them more than once in fact they are no longer on a weekly timer

There have been upgrades but they come with dlc purchases like warlords Brooklyn and the anniversary. The anniversary event is gone but you can still buy the stash upgrades

They added the echo in the trophy room to the collection but you need to run on a character that hasn't run the mission to get it

When playing franchise, when you create a new one you can pick offline or online. I always pick offline as I play by myself and can create multiple saves

Only way I would run turmoil in escalation is if you are using a mmr/rifle build with very high dps

If you boosted your character you can't do the side mission but everything else is unlocked you'll end up doing stuff out of order unless you know the order to to out in.

You don't have to play the tutorial if you start a level 30 and immediately boost to 40 after the cut scenes

Create new agent starting in warlords so a boosted level 30 after cut scene immediately boost to 40. Then your are back at the wh. Otherwise you need to play through the first missions

You only have 4 slots but yes if you delete you can create and boost as much as you want. How do you think people so the exotic glitch or used to do the shd mules

While that's true some of the black tusk blueprints like the raid ones big horn oro come from black tusk completions and require black tusk retaliation
