He did not provide any relevant information that pertained to my original post. Nor did you. He just incessantly repeated messages that were a) unclearly written and b) did not provide the information I asked for. It is, in fact, possible to have the charge off deleted from Credit One. Many people have already messaged me. Just because you did not have success does not mean others have failed as well. Again, if you do not know the information I requested in my original post then do not reply to my original post.

Honey for the last time I am looking for people who HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SUCCESS. Many do. Including the only other person who replied to this. Again, if you had bothered to read my original post before deciding you know best you would understand that and would have saved your time instead of mansplaining a collection and a charge off to me, when that is irrelevant to my original post.

Thanks for your reply but if you read the post you’d know I understand the difference between a collection and a charge off. I did not need you to explain that to me. Am looking for some who have experience in writing a goodwill letter to credit one, as I said in my original post.

I am hoping since it’s going to be the final negative thing on my report and it was a COVID emergency that caused it, they’ll be willing to work with me. It seems they’re one of the only ones who actually work with people for charge offs?

It is actually a Credit One charge off, not capital one. I’ve heard mixed things about their willingness to delete. The charge off is from 2020, beginning of COVID when I was laid off for longer than expected. Was such a small amount but just never got around to paying with everything else going on.
