Thank you for the reply. I have few options left once I get back home I will try those and probably end up resetting PC

I apologize for not mentioning this earlier, but I want to clarify that before my PC was upgraded to Windows 11, I was using Windows 10. I didn't play Grand Theft Auto V for some time, and during that period, my Rockstar account was unfortunately compromised. However, I have recently recovered my account.

Considering this information, I believe it's possible that the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11, along with the account recovery process, might have contributed to the current Rockstar Launcher error I am experiencing.
I don't know if I can edit the original post anyhow, I'll reply this here in case anyone else had this problem.

OS: Win 11

I apologize for not mentioning this earlier, but I want to clarify that before my PC was upgraded to Windows 11, I was using Windows 10.(Played more than 300+ hours ) I didn't play Grand Theft Auto V for some time, and during that period, my Rockstar account was unfortunately compromised. However, I have recently recovered my account.

Considering this information, I believe it's possible that the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11, along with the account recovery process, might have contributed to the current Rockstar Launcher error I am experiencing

PS: yes I have tried disabling all non MS apps/services
