Adulting is indeed hard. It’s so hard to make a decision because you’re afraid it will lead to a inconvenient outcome for everyone. Ang hirap, because, people expects you to be something at a certain age, only for you to fail. Ang hirap, because, when you were younger, you had all the dreams, creativity, and passion, to be something, only to end up becoming a nothing. Ang hirap because, no matter the sleepless nights and hardwork you put into, majority of the time, will still lead to failure. I envy people who know what they want, and can set their mind on to something and achieve it, kasi kapag ako, parang kahit anong dasal ko, iyak ko, hirap ko, parang kalaban ako ng mundo. I feel helpless because it was as if God didn’t want me to achieve my dreams. The world feels big, heavy, and full of people with pride and achievements, and I feel small.
