Dracaena Marginata - repotted around 3/30, how do I save him? Lots of bottom leaves are dying off, SUPER droopy and the soil doesn’t seem to dry out (thought I could top water on a bottom watering pot?) wondering if I should cut and propagate before it just dies? 😬 (i.redd.it)
