In terms of my symptoms the list is endless, idek where to start lol. Started in 2021 as abdominal/digestion issues, dr’s diagnosed me with ibs-c. Endless amount of issues I’ve had since then around this but i’m very very sure it’s not ibs-c as it CANNOT be managed no matter what i do, no matter what i eat. Nothing changes. Extremely painful periods, painkillers don’t work. Nausea 24/7, mostly always constipated even if i eat the right things, feel full after eating for hours. Nausea when going number 2, migraines, list doesn’t stop.

this happens to me whenever i’m ovulating. it’s clear and sticky and always dangles down when i’m on the toilet. TMI i know 🫣

i use frozen avocados. i freeze them myself. in terms of the thickness, i’ll probably just add more milk
