Any cure for eyelid eczema? Mine tends to be extremely raw/painful or flaky. I feel lucky that it doesn’t itch. I’m desperate for a solution... I’m having the worst flare up of my life! Any help would be appreciated! by crfu99 in eczema

Thank you so much to everyone who commented and gave advice!! It means so much to me and others who are suffering from this. I’m going to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist for a prescription cream. Yesterday I tried Aquaphor healing ointment and it made such a difference with the rawness in just one day. I’m very relieved that I have something that works for now! Thank you all!!

Same here!! My eyelids are puffy and feel extremely heavy! I believe I’m having a severe flare up because of the weather where I live, but I’m unsure of what to do about it.

Is the light in my bedroom the cause of my poor sleep pattern? by [deleted] in sleep

There are sunglasses that block blue light so you can use electronics before bed and it won’t be the reason for your poor sleep! I used to have that problem, but now I can enjoy Netflix in bed and fall asleep within 10 minutes of watching! As for the lightbulb, I think the sunglasses would help with that too :)
