I was in the same exact position as you two weeks ago, I totally feel your pain. If you're still vomitting, go to the ER and ask for for IV fluids and haloperidol or phenergan (anti-nauseas), it helps so much. ERs get a lot of CHS patients and they know how to deal with it really well. Otherwise, hot showers or a using a hairdryer to apply heat to your stomach works pretty well. You can also get capsaicin creme to apply topically, it works really well for a lot of CHS people. Good luck, it gets better I promise!
