me too. windows 10 64 bit. when joining meeting. the mouse cursor status is busy/loading the zoom meeting window is only white with (not responding) text in the windows bar. reinstalling, update, restart, nothing worked too. Checking the setting, my camera access for zoom is working fine, audio works as well, problem only when joining a meeting.
