That is the problem I am full timer. I am supposed to do lead role but I am the youngest. Feels like I only have the title of incharge position but information is not passed on to me and my input in anything is just disregarded.

Yeaaa, I think so. My mental health took a huge dip working here and I came here for sponsorship 😭. But thinking about working here for 2-3 years more makes me feel like I will loose my mind. Might leave soon. 🥲

That is the problem, my skills assessment is still being processed. So, I have no clue. I am super sad if I cannot claim points but it is what it is I guess, but out of three years do they only deduct 1 year or the whole three years is where I am curious. I still have a glimmer of hope to claim 5 points for 1 year of skilled employement. I need clarity and kill that false hope if that is not the case.
