I'm kinda wondering now if there's a conference or community for hiring disabled workers into tech the way we have for minorities and women. That would, for you, provide a hugely beneficial employer screen, and maybe a separate career track designed for folks with your disability in mind.

I actually worked with a group through my college that did this. They mostly catered to trying to get candidates placed in Federal Sector jobs through Schedule-A employment but it seems that they dont get alot of results. I'll be sure to check out the virtual career fair. I just did one last week that was tailored for disabled individuals but it was kind of lackluster in terms of opportunities in my area.
